Post-Consultation Report and Follow Up

Dr. Steve Gutter provides a comprehensive analysis of your dental practice within 30 days of your consultation. Observations, recommendations, and constructive comments on how best to use your assets guide you in working toward your goals. Implementation steps are outlined in detail with completion dates. You have a plan to maximize your profitability and the confidence to follow through on our training. The information in this individualized report serves as a blueprint for your practice. You’ll refer to it for years to come.

Monthly monitors will be collected to target your awareness of the statistics that will have the biggest impact. Dr. Gutter will review your specialized monthly monitor forms and provide written progress notes for staff meeting reports for as long as the office collects them.

At least one teleconference one month after the consultation will support the transition to utilization of the consultation materials. Up to four more hours of teleconferences may be used as you wish: confidential coaching with doctor, review of the business statistics with Doctor and/or Office Manager, having Dr. Gutter lead a staff meeting, coaching sessions with the administrative or clinical staff, etc.
